A voluntary recall was previously issued for certain products after a potential safety concern was identified. As soon as the issue came to our attention, we stopped selling the affected products, notified impacted customers, and took corrective action.
Current Status: Closed
The recall has been completed, and the affected products are no longer available for purchase. All current products offered by GlossylipsWaxywicks have been reviewed and meet our quality and safety standards.

What You Should Do
Please stop using the candle immediately if it matches the jar shown in the photo or looks similar, please contact us with photos to verify the product.
Do not attempt to relight it.
Message us with your order number or a photo of your candle so we can verify it.
Refund or Store Credit
We are offering a full refund for all affected candles.
If you prefer store credit, we are happy to provide that instead.
