Please note Because each product is handmade with care, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. High order volume may extend processing slightly, but we always work as quickly as possible.
Custom or personalized orders require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of the order.
Standard shipping within the continental United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly stated on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking allows you to monitor your package.
GlossylipsWaxywicks is not responsible for lost shipments once they leave our facility.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale; no cancellations or returns are allowed once production begins.
