At GlossylipsWaxywicks, we provide candles, wax melts, fragrance products, and related items. This policy explains when returns, refunds, or cancellations may be issued.

By placing an order with GlossylipsWaxywicks, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

                                              1. Right to Refuse Returns

GlossylipsWaxywicks reserves the right to refuse all returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Products damaged during shipping
• Defective or incorrect items
• Custom, personalized, or bulk orders
• Opened, used, or altered items

This applies to all products sold via our website, in-person sales, or any other channel.

                                       2. Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale.

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances.

• This includes custom scent candles, gift sets, bulk custom orders, and any personalization requests.

• Customers are responsible for confirming order details before production begins.

                                     3. Optional Damage Documentation

Although returns are not guaranteed, customers may submit photos or videos of damaged or defective items within 24 hours of delivery.

• Video of opening the box is accepted and recommended, but GlossylipsWaxywicks retains the right to refuse any claim.

• Submission of photos or videos does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

                                            4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

• A 20% cancellation fee of the order total will be applied to all eligible cancellations. This fee is disclosed upfront at the time of purchase and is intended to cover preparation and administrative costs.

• Once production has begun, cancellations are not allowed, and GlossylipsWaxywicks reserves the right to refuse any cancellation requests.

• Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once placed.

                                            5. Product Variations

Products may vary slightly in color, fragrance intensity, or packaging. These differences are normal and not eligible for return.

                                       6. Safety & Usage Disclaimer

Customers must follow all product use and safety instructions included with candles or fragrance products.

GlossylipsWaxywicks is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, including unsafe candle burning practices.
